Jonah Markowitz

PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Jonah Markowitz is an award winning production designer, writer and director currently designing the second season of Little House on the Prairie for Netflix and Anonymous Content. Markowitz is known for his design work on series like HBO and Bad Robot’s Duster, George & Tammy, Room 104 and Generation, as well as feature films like Mapplethorpe, Diary of a Teenage Girl, A Futile And Stupid Gesture, Quinceañera and more.

His writing and directing work includes award winning feature films Shelter and Political Animals, as well as Room 104, commercials, short films and more.

Jonah studied film at Emerson College in Boston, art history in Amsterdam and film theory at FAMU in Prague. He resides in Barcelona.
